The Monarch Butterfly Festival and Race is the second annual event that will celebrate monarch butterflies with music, dance and performances, as well as a 10km and 1km race to raise awareness and funds for monarch butterflies.
This one-day event will be held at Millennium Park on Saturday, September 21, 2024, and will be free to the public. Activities include: 10km and 1km race in the morning, followed by a festival with dancing, music and performances. Vendors are invited to showcase sustainability efforts at the local level.
