Aerial view by a drone controlled by Justen Soule from Parks Canada...
Well thanks to the innovative local company Land Canadian Adventures, that event has now become a jigsaw puzzle. Which makes total sense, of course.
"The Lock 'n Paddle event itself is a bit of a jigsaw for organizers including ourselves, the Canadian Canoe Museum and Parks Canada—and in particular for Ed The Lockmaster," Land Canadian Adventures co-owner Bretton Clark tells PTBOCanada. "It was a natural decision to take drone-ninja Justen Soule’s aerial photography and turn it into a jigsaw for holiday puzzling."
There is a limited run of 328—one for each paddlecraft that helped fill both tubs of Lock 21 for National Canoe Day on June 24th—so make sure you order one before they sell out!
They make a great gift idea, and as Bretton tells PTBOCanada, "I like how folks who participated can 'Where’s Waldo?' themselves in the photo!"
The puzzle is just $29.99, and can be purchased online here, by calling 705.927.2174 or emailing Bretton here.
