Driftwood Theatre presents its most personal production to date, a love-letter to the poetry and plays of William Shakespeare.   

In Living With Shakespeare, Driftwood Artistic Director Jeremy Smith reckons with his life-long relationship to the Bard of Avon. Weaving scenes, passages, and music from Shakespeare’s greatest plays with personal stories from Jeremy’s lifelong relationship to the Bard, Living With Shakespeare is an exploration of our continuing fascination with the world’s most recognizable playwright. 

Run time: approximately 90 minutes. No intermission.

All Bard's Bus Tour performances are available for Pay What You Can Afford admission. Audiences are invited to select from among four set ticket prices ($15, $35, $50, $75) the admission which is best suited to them.

Guests wishing to leave their chairs or cushions at home can also opt to rent a chair/cushion for the performance. You may wish to bring blankets and bug spray. Dress for the weather as these are outdoor performances. 

Seating locations are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis (by date of purchase). 

Every PWYCA ticket purchased at the $75 level will unlock a pair of FREE tickets which will be distributed to organizations representing underserved members of communities across Ontario. Be sure to select the date that you plan to attend. In 2023, we will be offering two performances to suit your schedule. Choose between Saturday, August 12 and Sunday, August 13. Both shows will begin at 7:30.
