In support of Five Counties Children’s Centre, a Tree Ornament Fundraiser is being held to help provide services for our community’s most deserving children. By purchasing an ornament you double the holiday spirit. First you get a beautiful new ornament and secondly you know you are helping children who receive needed care from Five Counties Children’s Centre.
All the ornaments are handcrafted by the skilled members of the Artisans Centre. Tree Ornaments will be available for purchase all through the month of November at the Artisans Centre Peterborough located on the lower level of Peterborough Square near the bottom of the escalator. The Centre is open 10 to 1 every day but Sunday. The ornaments will be in a special display each Saturday morning from 9:30 to 2 pm beside the Masked Artisans Market. When you are visiting the Farmers Market, please take the opportunity to wander down the hall to purchase an ornament.
