Inn Cuisine from the Kitchen of the Old Bridge Inn opens this Wednesday at 55 Queen St. in Lakefield.

Kelly Green and Evan Podd will be offering a variety of gourmet-to-go dishes, dressings, sauces, chutneys, soups, spice blends, pastries, salads and more.

All packaging is recyclable, the meals are easy to re-heat, and vegetarian options will be available. Open Wed. to Sat., 11 a.m. – 5 p.m., watch for tastings and tips and lots of new products as they settle into their new venture.
