Help Catch The Three Males & Two Females Who Assaulted A Woman On Stewart Street

Assault:
The victim, a 27-year-old female, reports that on the 4th of September at approximately 1:00 am, she was walking on Stewart Street between Sherbrooke and Dalhousie Street. As she walked past the park she noticed five people standing in the area who were taunting her. A short time later they came up behind her, pulled her to the ground and started to kick and punch her. The suspects left the area and were last seen walking west on Dalhousie Street from Stewart Street. The victim describes the suspects as being two females and three males. They were between 20 and 25 years old, two of the males were wearing baseball caps, the third male was approximately 5’6” tall, he was clean shaven, with short hair, puffy cheeks, a curled up nose, approximately 160 lbs with an athletic build. He was wearing a blue t-shirt, jeans and black shoes. One of the females had long dirty blonde hair and a thin build and the other female was described as being overweight with long dark hair and she was wearing a hoodie. The victim received bruising to her face and a sore leg. Anyone with information is asked to call the Peterborough Lakefield Community Police Service or Crime Stoppers.
