Elderberry has been used in the home apothecary for thousands of years to aid our bodies during cold & flu season.
In this workshop you’ll learn the history, folklore, and practical uses of Elderberry from Cherianne Cybulskie, Herbalist and Creator of Blue Jay Botanicals.
You’ll also learn how to make Elderberry Syrup from start to finish, as well as how to make more medicine with your left overs!
The evening will be spent around a table enjoying hot, herbal tea, and snacks while you jot notes and view the process of making the Syrup, by double extraction, with your Elderberries.
You will take home an Elderberry Syrup Kit to re-produce what you’ve learned at home, along with the confidence and empowerment to make the best syrup possible with your kit!
