Thieves Attempt To Steal Snowblower From TSC Store (Maybe They Didn't Check Weather Reports For This Week?)

From a Peterborough Lakefield Community Police Service Media Release today...

Break and Enter:
On the 29th of May at approximately 6:55 pm witnesses called the police after watching three males attempting to load a snowblower in a vehicle at the TSC Store on Lansdowne Street East. The alarm sounded and the males drove off leaving the snowblower on the loading dock. Investigation determined that entry was gained into a fenced storage compound through an unlocked gate. All three males were white, one was wearing a white hat, cut off t-shirt, black shorts, the second male was wearing a black hat, black t-shirt with monster trucks on the back and black pants. The third male was wearing a white shirt and black pants. The males appeared to be between 30-40 years old with medium builds. One male had longer blonde hair. The vehicle is described as being an older model Dodge Intrepid, possibly 2002, black in colour. Anyone with information is asked to call the Peterborough Lakefield Community Police Service or Crime Stoppers.
