Great Video Promoting Non-Profit Organization Wounded Warriors Canada

Here's a video for Wounded Warriors Canada, a not-for-profit that supports war veterans through many different programs and events. Mental illness (like Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) is difficult to treat when you don't know you are suffering, or are afraid to talk about it. This video hopes to help change the attitude toward mental illness within the military and among Canadians.

PTBOCanada Pics: Peterborough Bikefest

Cooler weather and the chance of rain didn't stop people from heading down to Millennium Park in Peterborough for Bikefest 2012 yesterday. Local shops Wild Rock and B!ke: The Community Cycling Hub were there to help give free tune-ups for bicycles.

Free swag and information about safer cycling were abundant, as well as lots of chat about future plans that the City of Peterborough hopes to implement to make for a more cycling-friendly city.
