‘Full of the Blarney' Songs and Storytelling from The Verandah Society
Shake the winter blues and embrace the St. Paddy’s Day green with an original show of Irish themed stories and songs from storyteller Megan Murphy and singer/songwriter Kate Suhr.
Suhr and Murphy will be joined by fiddlers Melissa Payne and Saskia Tomkins for the event, presented by The Verandah Society.
Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with two shows in the Nexicom Studio at Showplace at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m.
When: Friday Mar. 17, 2 p.m. or 7 p.m.
Where: Nexicom Studio at Showplace Performance Centre (290 George St. N, Peterborough)
Tickets: $39 for adults and $25 for youth, available online.
St. Patrick’s Day at Farmhill
Live music, ALL the green beer, lawn games and café eats!
11:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. - The Doozies will be playing
5 p.m. - 8 p.m. - The Leahys will be playing, closing out the celebrations.
8:30 p.m. - Transportation leaving Farmhill to downtown.
