Karen Wooley of Woolley Wonderland Farm in Lakehurst took to the streets of Peterborough with her two alpacas in tow to promote ‘Frozen Too Snowy Adventures’.

Woolley says their farm usually visits schools, seniors homes, birthday parties etc. through ‘Critter Visits’ though due to COVID they have not been able to do so.

“It’s been so slow, I’ve just been scratching me head asking ok how do I get people to come to me,” she said. “So I took my alpacas for a walk through East City.”

Woolley says people approached her on the street with tears in their eyes saying they needed to see something like this, with all that’s going on in the world.

“People needed to see something strange, and fun that would make them laugh on a Friday,” said Woolley. “Joy is what we bring and it doesn’t need to make sense.”

Woolley, along with Kodiak and Sniper the alpacas, were promoting ‘Frozen Too Snowy Adventures’ being hosted at Wooley Wonderland Farms.

‘Frozen Too Adventures’, inspired by Frozen the popular children’s movie, will allow visitors to meet characters from the film.

Queen Elsa will be there ready to pose with those wanting a photo, with Kristoff on scene with his reindeer (pony) for sleigh rides.

Sven and Olaf will hang out in the Snow Zone ready for some games.

Wandering Oaken’s Trading Post will feature mini cows, donkeys, goats, ducks, chickens, sheep and alpacas to pet.
