Oxford Learning offers virtual tutoring services for students in preschool, students preparing for college and everything in-between.
With physical locations across Canada, including one in Courtice, Oxford Learning offers both in person and online tutoring via their dynamic Virtual Table™ program.
“With our Virtual Table™ program we’re able to reach a wide variety of students and families who maybe aren’t able to physically visit our location, and we can still offer them the same engaging and interactive support that they would get in person. Our online teaching program is very different from typical online learning that parents have seen being offered,” said Joanna Menezes, Owner of Oxford Learning in Courtice.
With tutoring for every subject students are given the opportunity to build a foundation, or expand on their existing knowledge, setting them up for success as they grow.
Oxford Learning helps students with varying learning abilities, students that have hit a roadblock in their learning or students that might be doing well but know that they can do even better.
“There’s a wide range of students with us, but they all benefit from the extra support and the way that our teachers teach.”
Teachers with Oxford Learning come from different backgrounds. Some are currently working as teachers within the school system, some are in University on their way to becoming teachers and some are experts in their field that have a passion for teaching young people.
“We’ve heard lots of success stories from parents over our 11 years in this community. Kids start with us for different reasons, and then they excel and do so well that they stay with us for a long time. That shows us how much our parents trust and value our services.”
