PTBOCanada Featured Post: Membership Is Open To Join the Peterborough Business Social Club For the 2023/24 Season

The Peterborough Business Social Club is a network of key individuals which carries its members forward in their social and professional pursuits. Business owners and key employees of local businesses mingle at our events and together represent an unmatched wealth of knowledge and resources.

Our 2023-2024 season will include a variety of events aimed at providing a relaxed and social environment to facilitate the development of relationships among our members. The club is now offering flexible membership options for the 2023-2024 season, so please contact a board member if you would like to learn more about our club.

The Peterborough Business Social Club offers a unique networking opportunity for business professionals in and around the Peterborough and Kawartha Lakes region. A mix of both professional and social functions, the Club strives to offer its Members a number of formal, business casual and sport-related networking events each year, between the months of September and early June.

Our Club welcomes both male and female participants and is made up of business owners, salespersons and managers from an exceptionally wide variety of industries. For more information on our current membership, please see our “Membership Directory”.

“To me, the Peterborough Business and Social Club is a great way to meet people from local businesses. The events are always fun and interesting,” said Glenn Millar, Club Board member. “Joining the club is a casual way of networking. Members of the club become friends, and business grows from there.”

Each Club event is carefully planned to provide attendees with an opportunity to promote their businesses; whether formally as a featured sponsor or guest speaker, or more casually during meeting dinners or social hours.

“This is not your average business networking group. The environment is social, relaxed and casual. The group is a ton of fun and very inclusive,” said Grace Reynolds, Club member. “If you're looking for a different and fun way to connect with local businesses and business owners, BSC is for you. While The Peterborough Business Social Club encourages our Members to bring guests to experience some of our functions, membership does have its exclusive privileges.

As a Member of the Club, you will also be given opportunities to purchase discounted tickets to our Featured Speaker Night and to ‘take the mic’ at our Members’ Night and tell the Club more about your personal and professional successes. General membership includes attendance and dinner at all events. Some events (such as golf and curling) require an extra fee for participation. Honorary Memberships are available for members with 25 consecutive years of membership.
