At Fleming College the new Client/Customer Relations certificate goes beyond the basics of how to provide outstanding customer service.
Students that complete this certificate will gain the techniques and strategies to build teams of staff dedicated to excellent service delivery, to identify, mitigate and avoid confrontational situations with internal and external clients and to create and promote an organizational service culture.
This certificate program goes beyond simply training individuals in customer service. Supervisors and managers who want to create teams that consistently give great customer service, or need to build long-term client relationships would benefit greatly from this program.
Students in this program will take courses that focus on intercultural communications, fostering client loyalty and even an elective in dealing with difficult people to name a few.
After starting this certificate program students will be given five years to complete it.
Students must be 19 years old or older or have completed an Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent.
Those interested in this certificate program should come with basic Windows computer and internet skills.
