42-Year-Old Man Suffers Serious Injuries On Motorcycle After Collision Near Sherbrooke Street

A 42-year-old Peterborough man has suffered serious injuries from a motor vehicle collision, reported by the Peterborough Police Service on Thursday evening.

At roughly 9:10 p.m. on Thursday, officers received reports of a motor vehicle collision in the Sherbrooke Street and Montague Court area.

When officers arrived, they discovered and located an injured motorcyclist after a collision with a pickup truck and trailer.

Paramedics took the victim to the Peterborough Regional Health Centre for care but eventually was transported to a Toronto hospital due to the extent of his injuries.

Sherbrooke Street has re-opened to traffic but the investigation is ongoing.
