/Two questions: Are you a pet owner, and do you enjoy your sleep? If you can answer yes to both questions, then you’ll want to read on and enter the awesome Leon’s Peterborough contest we’re about to tell you about.
As pet owners, regardless of the kind, there is one main thing that we can all agree on: they have no concept of personal space. Most pets want to be as close as they can to their owners. It’s a love thing! Throughout the day if you’re around, they’re rarely far away, and when it’s time to eat they’re right by your side.

Most owners are totally fine with this, and as a pet owner it’s pretty much expected. Night time can be a bit different though. You can try your hardest to set them up with an incredible bed somewhere on the floor but chances are when you turn out the lights and fall asleep, they’ll be right up in bed with you. They have no problem hogging the sheets and potentially using a part of you as a full body pillow.
As fun as this nightly experience can be, it can take a toll on your bed. That’s where Leon’s Peterborough got to thinking….because they know this scenario all too well (we’re looking at you Albert and Penny—see pictures above and below).

Over the next month, between September 22nd, 2017 and October 24th, 2017, they’re hosting their very own Pet Selfie contest on their Facebook and Twitter pages, and want to see the all the happy dogs, cats and whatever other pets you might wake up to each morning up on your bed.
Here’s how to enter for your chance to win a brand new Sealy Posturpedic mattress set (valued at $999):
STEP 1 – Take a selfie of you and your pet who’s jumped up on your mattress with you. If they all do, the more the merrier!
STEP 2 – Tag Leon’s Peterborough on Facebook and/or Twitter with your photo (one submission is allowed per household for each social media platform), write a quick blurb on why you want to win—and give their pages a "Like" and a “Follow”. Include the hashtag #PetOnMyBedPtbo as well.
Step 3 - Get as many "Likes", "Shares", “Favorites” and “Retweets” for your submission as you can. That will be part of the judging criteria. So encourage friends and family to share your posts!

The winner will receive an incredible Sealy Posturpedic mattress set (mattress and box spring). A better night sleep is a guarantee, even if it doesn’t deter your pets from joining you. Leon's Peterborough will notify the winner after the contest ends October 24th. Don’t forget, we're just the messenger trying to have a comfy nap of our own.
