New Sports Pub ONE EIGHTY Hunter St To Open On Hunter

Exciting news for Hunter Street and downtown Peterborough, as a new sports pub/gastropub called ONE EIGHTY is opening on Hunter...

ONE EIGHTY is going in at the former location of Parkhill on Hunter, at 180 Hunter Street W.

The restaurant is brought to us by ARIA and Shots. The partner and GM is Franz Roessi, whose family has been in the butcher shop biz 30+ years. The Chef is Dillon Muldoon, who will deliver a modern take on Pub Food.

There will be Big Screen TV’s, comfortable atmosphere, and the restaurant will have a large patio overlooking beautiful Hunter St.

***ONE EIGHTY is slated to open later this month—a firm date will be announced soon—and will be open seven days a week from 11:30 a.m.
