Here Are Pictures From A Dance Party For Special Needs Students At The Venue

There is a dance party for special needs students from Peterborough, Lakefield and Norwood at The Venue in downtown Peterborough today (April 29th)...

"It absolutely warms our hearts over here," the Venue's Anne Arnold tells PTBOCanada of the party happening all day. "They are so excited to be here dancing, laughing and feeling special."

There is not only music. There is also:
•900 Timbits from Tim Hortons on Monaghan Road
•350 bags of Old Dutch potato chips donated
•Discounted price of pizzas from Pizza Nova on Lansdowne St.

This "Spring Fling Dance", as it's known, is done by the Alternatives Community Program Services of Peterborough.
