Be On Alert: Woodville Man Convicted Of Brutal Assault On 4-Year-Old Girl Is Now In Peterborough
/CHEXTV.com reports Woodville man Tyson Leeder, convicted of a brutal assault on a a four-year-old girl where he left her for dead behind the Woodville / Eldon community centre in October 2010 (he placed a large culvert on the girl's listless body before she was found by someone), is finishing his five-year sentence right here in Peterborough in a transition house on Clonsilla Ave.
Leeder pleaded guilty in 2011 to unlawful confinement, invitation to sexual touching and aggravated assault.
Leeder was in a medium security penitentiary in New Brunswick, Chex reports, and is now in Peterborough at the transition house completing his sentence. Leeder has a sex offender registry order for 20 years, long-term offender designation for a decade, and a 25-year-order not to attend an area where persons under the age of 16 may be.
