Ryan Murphy, a local Peterborough gamer, is taking part in Extra Life this year for his fifth year in a row. Extra Life is a yearly charity gaming marathon in which participants play video games for 24 hours to raise money for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals—in Ryan's case, that's the SickKids Foundation. Over the years, Ryan has been able to raise just over $1,500, and last year alone his team raised over $4,000! Extra Life takes place October 25th, and they'll be streaming all 24 hours of fun for charity at twitch.tv/AmoveTV. More details can be found on Ryan's personal donation page. Give whatever you can to support this amazing cause. Donate here to Ryan.
