What Should Peterborough Do About Its Arena Needs?

It's not easy to get ice time in Peterborough, the hockey capital of Canada. Thus, the City of Peterborough has begun an assessment of its arena needs, brought on in part by the potential closure of the outdated Northcrest Arena in the City's north end. This study will determine current needs and look out over the next 20 years in terms of the city's arena needs and population growth. The city will soon be announcing its project and its objectives, as well as announcing upcoming community input opportunities. But to get the puck rolling, what would you do?
