Man Punches Another Man In Head In Lobby Of Police Station, Man Quickly Gets Arrested

On the 13th of April, 2013 at approximately 2:30 PM a person involved in a domestic dispute was in the lobby of the police station waiting to speak with officers. Another male who was in the lobby on an unrelated matter and had nothing to do with the domestic then punched the male waiting in the lobby in the head. Officers immediately grabbed the male who delivered the punch and arrested him. Charged with assault and breach of probation is Gerson Amarildo Ramos-Avila, age 42 of Aberdeen Ave, Peterborough. He was held in custody and will appear in court on the 14th of April, 2013.
