Beginning May 4th, the Peterborough Downtown Farmers’ Market will once again be transforming the Louis St. Parking Lot into a bustling market every Wednesday between 8:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. as their 2016 season launches.

Opening day celebrations will feature delicious pancake samples made with local ingredients and topped with this season’s local maple syrup and strawberry preserves.

Throughout the season, there will be monthly special events showcasing locally grown seasonal bounty. There will be guest Chefs providing samples, on-site cooking demonstrations and innovative ideas on using market products.

If you're going to Opening Day on May 4th, we have one thing to say to you: May the 4th be with you.
