The Peterborough Singers present this glorious work in English and welcome Ian Sadler (pipe organ), Janelle Lucyk (soprano), Ian Sabourin (counter tenor), Michael Colvin (tenor), Alex Dobson (bass), and a small musical ensemble. The Passion is the dramatic story of the last days in the life of Jesus. Each character and even the crowds that gathered are included: soloists take on the roles of Jesus, Pontius Pilate & his wife, the Roman Centurion who stood by the cross, two High Priests, Simon Peter, Judas Iscariot, and St Matthew the Evangelist.
