Sourdough 101

Join the Seasoned Spoon Café and Grateful Bread’s Emily Amon for this beginner’s sourdough workshop. Emily will take us through all the stages of sourdough from starter to delicious fluffy finish and all the stages in between. See a sourdough starter demo in action, learn the tips and tricks of the trade and have all your sourdough questions answered. Leave with instructions and recipes to start your own sourdough adventures at home.
If you would like to make your own starter along with us please bring: A clean wide mouth mason jar (or other straight-sided jar), rubber band/hair elastic, 1 organic grape (optional), apple or pineapple juice (optional), flour (any kind).
