Join us for a new version of a popular class. We will do the mom and baby group outdoors in our beautiful private yard. All safety precautions/social distancing will be taken. This class will run for 5 weeks with a different topic discussed each week.
Topics include: Infant massage, pelvic floor, Mama/Baby Nutrition, and more.
Class size is limited. Bring a mat or blanket to sit on with baby.
