Camp Kawartha Environment Centre - 2505 Pioneer Road

During this 5-day camp, kids participate in active and engaging outdoor experiences. Campers will use the Environment Centre as a cozy home base from which to explore the Trent Nature Area and participate in a variety of nature themed activities.

Our programs are designed to foster an appreciation of nature and a sense of adventure. And our experienced staff create a safe and supportive environment, encouraging kids’ natural curiosity and providing opportunities to make new friends.

Sample Activities
• Traditional skills (fire making, outdoor cooking, shelter building)
• Nature based games and crafts
• Animal tracking
• Exploring the wonders of nature!
